DMA2
2 Channel Digital Microphone Amplifier

The ADR DMA2 has two independent low noise microphone inputs which can be routed through to a single AES output. The unit can be locked to an external AES sync input. Analogue gain for each input channel is set by front panel push button switches. LEDs indicate digital headroom. Front panel switches also set 48v phantom powering, phase reverse and high pass filters for each channel. Full remote control of the front panel functions can be accessed via RS232 or optional RS485 port.

Inputs and outputs on XLR connectors. 1U Rack mounting. 24bit 120dB dynamic range ADC E.I.N. Source resistance 150R -128dBu. Front panel controls for easy access. Output ‘shuffle’ switch. Switchable high pass filter on each input. AES/EBU digital output at 44.1,48,88.2 & 96KHz. AES external Sync 30KHz - 100KHz RS232 Remote Control - RS485 Option.
All the panel controls can be set in tamper-proof mode.

What one Customer says about our DMA2 - Digital Mic Amplifier.
"After trying the DMA2 I must say that finally I found the solution I was looking for. Now I can hear almost the same sound that I have recorded as if I would hear it for real when I play. This is amazing feeling! When I listen to my recordings now I can finally say: Yes, this is how my guitar sounds in reality when I play it. This is what I hear when I play. All the details: good and bad are there. So from now on I have no more excuses and I can only blame myself for any poor performance. It is not going to be my recording equipment’s fault anymore.

Thanks for making such an amazing piece of recording equipment. It works perfectly for me and helps me a lot in achieving my recording objectives".
